| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨食管贲门癌的有效治疗方法,改善患者的生存质量,延长生存期.方法 芬太尼、丙泊芬联合静脉麻醉后,胃镜下肿瘤部位注射5-氟脲嘧啶、顺铂和无水乙醇.结果 25例中完全缓解5例(20%),部分缓解12例(48%),稳定无变化6例(24%),无效2例(8%),主要毒副反应是胃肠道反应和骨髓抑制.结论 该方法对晚期食管贲门癌患者效果良好. |

| Abstract: | Objective To find the effective treatment of carcinomas of oesophagus and cardia to improve the quality of life and to prolong survival of the patients.Methods The tumors were injected directly with 5-Fu,DDP and absolute alcohol locally through gastroscope after the patients were intravenous anesthetized with fentanyl and propofol.Results Of the 25 patients,there were 5 CRs(24%),12 PRs(48%),6 NC(24%),2 PDs(8%).The main toxicities were gastrointestinal tract reaction and bone marrow depression.Conclusions The treatment is effective on patients with advanced carcinoma of oesophagus cardia. |
