硝酸甘油型实验性偏头痛大鼠模型行为症状学评价

目的 对硝酸甘油型实验性偏头痛动物模型行为症状学进行系统的评价。方法应用硝酸甘油型实验性偏头痛动物模型，采用持续时间分段计数的方法，通过空白对照和药物反证治疗进行系统的评价。结果空白组始终未出现行为症状表现(耳红、挠头、爬笼)；模型组与治疗组均于3min以后出现行为症状表现，药物组对大鼠行为症状表现有明显干预作用。结论硝酸甘油型实验性偏头痛大鼠模型行为症状学评价是观察治疗偏头痛药物疗效的较为全面客观、且能量化的一项合理指标。

Evaluation of behavior and symptom of nitroglycerin induced hyperalgesia in model rats of migraine

Objective To appraise behavior and symptom of nitroglycerin in duced hyperalgesia in model rats of migraine. Methods 30 SD rats were divid ed randomly and evenly into 3 groups: model group, ergotamine caffeine treatment group and blank control group. The treatment group was established by filling t he stomach with ergotamine caffeine 30 minutes after modeling, but the model gro up with distilled water. The behavior and symptom of migraine rat models with ni troglycerin induced hyperalgesia were observed every 30 minutes after modeling a nd compared with the blank control group and ergotamine caffeine treatment group . Results The model group and treatment group appeared about 3 minutes afte r modeling some special behavior and symptom, such as red ears, scratching head and climbing hutch. The blank group did not appear the behavior and symptom. The drug was effective in relieving the behavior and symptom of nitroglycerin induc ed hyperalgesia in model rats of migraine. Conclusion The time of turning r ed of ears and the frequency of scratching head and climbing hutch can indicate the degree of headache in rats, so that the evaluation of the behavior and sympt om can be used in the research of new drug as a kind of overall, objective and q uantitative guideline.
