摘    要:目的 观察肌肉牵伸技术结合推拿治疗落枕的临床效果.方法 应用肌肉牵伸技术结合推拿治疗急性落枕105例,并与同期采用以传统针刺为主治疗的87例进行比较,观察其疗程与疗效.结果 治疗组有效率为95.2%,对照组有效率为83.9%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疗程比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 肌肉牵伸技术结合推拿治疗落枕明显优于传统针刺疗法,且疗程短,能减少患者痛苦.

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of muscular stretching combined with Chinese massage on treating strained neck.Methods 192 cases of strained neck were randomly divided into the observation group(105 cases) and the control group(87 cases).The observation group was treated by muscular stretching combined with Chinese massage,while the control group was treated by acupuncture at the same time.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.2% and higher than 83.9% in the control group with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The comparison of the treatment courses also showed statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Muscular stretching combined with Chinese massage is significantly superior to conventional acupuncture for treating strained neck with short treatment course and reduce of patients suffering.
