| 摘 要： | 目的]观察健脾消食散治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法]将90例随机分为两组,治疗组60例予健脾消食散治疗,对照组30例吗丁啉口服。经过1个疗程(4周)治疗后进行疗效判定。结果]治疗组治愈32例,显效15例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率91.70%。对照组治愈4例,显效8例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率73.30%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]健脾消食散治疗功能性消化不良有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective]To observe effect of treating functional dyspepsia with Jianpi-Xiaoshi San.Method]The 90 cases were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 60 cases with Jianpi-Xiaoshi San,control group 30 cases with domperidone oral.After a coures of treatment(4weeks) to determine the efficacy.Result]The treatment group were cure 32 cases,markedly 15 cases,effective 8 cases,invalid 5 cases,the total efficiency rate for 91.70%.The control group were cure 4 cases,markedly 8 cases,effective 10 cases,invalid 8 cases,the total efficiency rate for 73.30%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion]Treating functional dyspepsia with Jianpi-Xiaoshi San has a good effect. |
