氯沙坦对高血压患者血浆内皮素的影响及意义

目的：研究氯沙坦对高血压患血压及血浆内皮素的影响情况。方法：用特异性放射免疫分析法测定３０例原发性高血压（ＥＨ）患和３０例正常人的血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）,同时对３０例原发性高血压患用氯沙坦５０ｍｇ Ｑｄ连续治疗２个月。结果显示：ＥＨ患的ＥＴ水平明显高于对照组,氯沙坦降压的同时可明显降低血浆内皮素,收缩压与ＥＴ呈正相关关系（ｒ＝０．５６）。结论：氯沙坦降压的同时可改善内皮细胞（ＶＥＣ）的功能。

Effect of Losartan on Plasma Endothelin in Hypertension Subjectives and its Implication

Objective: To observe the effect of Losartan on plasma endothelin(ET) in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: The concentration of plasma ET was measured by radioimmunoassay in 30 cases with essential hypertension before and after the treatment with Losartan 50mg per day for about two months and compared with that of 30 normal controls.Results: Plasma ET concentration in patients with essential hypertension was significantly higher than that of the normal subjects ( P <0.05). Losartan could significantly reduce the concentration of plasma ET.There was a positive relation between SBP and ET( r =0.56). Conclusion: Losartan has beneficial effects on lowering blood pressure as well as ameliorating the function of endothelial cells.
