阿洛西林钠与地塞米松、维生素B6的配伍稳定性考察

目的 考察注射用阿洛西林钠与地塞米松磷酸钠注射液、维生素B6注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍的稳定性.方法 在室温观察两药配伍后的外观以及pH值变化,并用紫外分光光度法测定阿洛西林钠与地塞米松磷酸钠、维生素B6各自配伍后的含量变化.结果 阿洛西林钠与地塞米松磷酸钠配伍后6h内的含量、pH值以及外观均无明显变化;阿洛西林钠与维生素B6配伍后,缓慢析出白色晶体. 结论 阿洛西林钠与地塞米松磷酸钠未发现配伍禁忌,阿洛西林钠与维生素B6不可配伍使用.

Compatible stability of azlocillin sodium for injection with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection or vitamin B6

OBJECTIVE To study the compatibility of azlocillin sodium for injection with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection or vitamin B6 injection in 5% glucose injection.METHODS At room temperature for 6 hours,the content of azlocillin sodium and dexamethasone sodium phosphate or vitamin B6 was determined by UV spectrophotometry and the change in appearance and pH was observed.RESULTS The compatibility of azlocillin sodium injection with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection had no significant change in these parameters in 6 hours,and the compatibility of azlocillin sodium injection with vitamin B6 injection had significant changes in these parameters.CONCLUSION Azlocillin sodium for injection can be mixed with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection in 5% glucose injection,and it can't be mixed with vitamin B6 injection in 5% glucose injection.
