颌面部骨折1264例临床回顾分析

目的:探讨和总结颌面部骨折的临床特点和治疗方法。方法:对我院2012年6月—2017年6月收治的1264例颌面部骨折住院病例进行回顾分析,包括年龄、性别、致伤原因、损伤部位、全身损伤及治疗方法。结果:男942例（74.53%）,女322例（25.47%）;20~50岁（59.10%）为好发年龄段;意外摔伤965例（76.35%）;276例(21.84%)伴全身损伤,颅脑损伤120例（37.62%）;1107例（87.58%）采用坚固内固定。结论:颌面部骨折中男性占大多数,意外摔伤是最主要的原因。颅脑损伤是最常见的并发症,开放复位内固定术是目前最主要的治疗方法:。

A retrospective study of 1264 cases of maxillofacial fractures

PURPOSE:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and treatment of maxillofacial fractures. METHODS: A retrospective clinical study was performed to assess 1264 patients' data, including age, gender, cause of fracture, site of fracture, associated systemic injuries and complications. RESULTS: There were 942(74.53%) males and 322(25.47%) females. The majority of fractures were found between 20 and 50 years old (59.10%). Nine hundred and sixty-five(76.35%) had accidental fall injuries, 276(21.84%) had systemic injuries, 120(37.62%) had brain and skull injuries. 1107(87.58%) were treated with rigid internal fixation. CONCLUSIONS: Males constitute the majority of maxillofacial fractures. The main cause of maxillofacial fractures is accidental fall injury, brain and skull injury are the most common complication.
