hnRNPF在胰腺癌中的表达及临床意义

目的:研究核内不均一性核糖核蛋白F(heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F,hnRNPF)mRNA水平在胰腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用TCGA全基因组mRNA测序资料研究hnRNPF在消化系统肿瘤与正常组织间的差异，分析其表达水平与临床病理资料的相关性，并进行生存分析判断其预后价值。结果:hnRNPF在不同消化系统肿瘤中的表达较正常组织明显增高，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.001），其中胰腺癌中差异倍数最大。hnRNPF在胰腺癌组织中的表达与肿瘤TNM分期(P=4.95E-03)、浸润深度(P=5.22E-03)相关，与年龄、性别、淋巴结浸润、慢性胰腺炎病史无统计学差异。hnRNPF在胰腺癌组织中的表达高低与总生存期有统计学意义（P=0.034 31）。结论:hnRNPF mRNA在不同的消化系统肿瘤中表达都增高，在胰腺癌中，hnRNPF高表达是预后不良的因素，可以作为判断预后的有效生物标志物。

Expression and clinical significance of hnRNPF in pancreatic cancer

Objective:To investigate the different expression patterns of hnRNPF in the digestive system tumors and its clinical significance.Methods:TCGA databases were used to study the correlation between its expression and clinical pathological data and its role for prognostic value.Results:The expressions of hnRNPF in digestive system tumors were significantly higher than that in normal tissues (P<0.001)，especially in pancreatic cancer.In pancreatic cancer，hnRNPF expression was correlated with tumor TNM stage (P=4.95E-03)，and the depth of invasion (P=5.22E-03)，and not associated with age，gender，lymph node metastasis，history of chronic pancreatitis.The expression of hnRNPF was correlated with overall survival in pancreatic cancer (P=0.034 31).Conclusion:The expression of hnRNPF mRNA in different tumors of the digestive system are increased than in normal tissues.In pancreatic cancer，the higher expression of hnRNPF was the poorer prognosis.hnRNPF might be a potential biomarker for pancreatic cancer.
