| 摘 要： | 胃癌是一种致死性很强的恶性肿瘤，在东亚地区尤其在中国是一个严重的公共卫生问题。循环肿瘤细胞（CTCs）被认为在癌症转移中起关键作用，是罕见的从肿瘤原发灶释放到血流的肿瘤细胞。循环肿瘤细胞也被认为是较好的肿瘤标志物，有助于提高诊断、评估预后及提高胃癌患者的治疗水平。本文对CTCs的检测技术及在胃癌临床应用的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Gastric cancer (GC) is a highly lethal malignancy and a serious public health concern in east Asia especially in China.Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) are rare cancer cells released from tumors into the blood stream,which are demonstrated to have a key role in cancer metastasis.Circulating tumor cell sare also considered as better prognostic markers for diagnosis and prognosis and used to improve the treatment of gastric cancer patients.This review highlights recent advances in studies of gastric CTCs,including the detection technology and clinical application of gastric CTCs. |
