术中超声在脑胶质瘤临床诊疗中的应用

脑胶质瘤是颅内最常见的恶性肿瘤，手术切除是胶质瘤主要的治疗手段。术中超声能够提高肿瘤的切除率、实时定位、精确观察肿瘤的大小形态、监测残余肿瘤、解决脑移位的问题，而超声的新技术如超声造影、三维超声、导航超声、功能超声、弹性超声等对于肿瘤的分级、为术者提供精确的手术路径、保护重要的大血管有着极为重要的意义。本文就目前术中超声在脑胶质瘤临床诊疗中的应用作一综述。

Application of intraoperative ultrasound in clinical diagnosis and treatment of intracranial glioma

Glioma is a common malignant tumor in the brain.Surgical resection is the main treatment for glioma.The wide application of intraoperative ultrasound can improve the resection rate and maximize the preservation of brain function.It has the function of real-time positioning,accurate observation of tumor size and shape,the monitoring of residual tumor,solve the brain shift problems.And new technologies such as ultrasound contrast-enhanced ultrasound,three-dimensional ultrasound,navigated ultrasound,ultrasound elastographyfor tumor classification,can provide accurate surgical approach for patients,and make protection of important vascular.In this paper,the review is about the application of intraoperative ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of glioma.
