| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨MST1、MST2在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用SP免疫组化方法检测MST1、MST2在70例非贲门胃癌组织及70例远端切缘的表达情况，分析MST1、MST2的表达水平与胃癌的关系。结果:MST1在胃癌组织中的表达明显低于远端切缘的表达，其表达与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期、肿瘤大小关联；MST2在胃癌组织中的表达水平明显低于远端切缘的表达，其表达与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期关联。结论:MST1和MST2可能参与了胃癌的发生发展。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expressions and significances of MST1 and MST2 in gastric cancer tissues.Methods:Using SP immunohistochemical method,the protein expression levels of MST1 and MST2 were detected in 70 tumor tissues and 70 normal tissues obtained from the same patients with non-cardia gastric cancer.The relationship between the expression level of MST1 or MST2 and the development of gastric cancer was analyzed.Results:The expression of MST1 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly lower than in the controls.The expression was related to the degree of differentiation of gastric cancer,lymph node metastasis,neoplasms staging and tumor size.The expression of MST2 in gastric cancer tissue was also significantly lower than in the controls.The expression was related to the degree of differentiation of gastric cancer,lymph node metastasis,and neoplasms staging.Conclusion:MST1 and MST2 may play an important role in the development of gastric cancer. |
