Kaiso及p120ctn在胃癌中的表达及意义

目的:观察Kaiso及p120ctn在胃癌中的表达，并研究它们与胃癌临床病理参数之间的关系。方法:利用免疫组化EnVision二步法检测80例胃癌及20例对应远端切缘正常胃黏膜组织中Kaiso及p120ctn的表达。结果:胃癌中Kaiso的阳性率显著高于正常胃黏膜组织，胃癌中p120ctn的阳性率显著低于正常胃黏膜组织，差异均具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。胃癌中Kaiso蛋白表达与肿瘤组织学分级及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)，胃癌中p120ctn蛋白表达与肿瘤的组织学分级有关(P<0.05)，Kaiso和p120ctn在胃癌中表达呈负相关（P<0.001）。结论:Kaiso和p120ctn在胃癌中的表达呈负相关，二者可能共同参与胃癌的发生，并与胃癌的分化有关。

Expression of Kaiso and p120ctn in gastric carcinoma and their significances

Objective:To investigate the roles of Kaiso and p120ctn in gastric carcinoma and its relationship with clinical pathological factors.Methods:The expression of Kaiso and p120ctn was detected by EnVision immunohistochemical technique in 80 cases of gastric carcinoma and their corresponding normal gastric tissues (n=20).Results:The positive percentage of Kaiso protein expression in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa tissues (P<0.01).The expression of Kaiso was significantly related with histology grade and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).The positive percentage of p120ctn protein expression in gastric cancer was significantly lower than that in normal gastric mucosa tissues (P<0.01).The expression of p120ctn was significantly related with histology grade (P<0.05).Kaiso expression was negatively correlated with p120ctn expression （P<0.001）.Conclusion:Kaiso and p120ctn may play an important role in the histology grade of gastric carcinoma.
