摘    要:糖尿病是当前威胁全球的重要慢性疾病之一,药物在糖尿病治疗的过程中占有重要地位。药物基因组学确定了个人遗传信息的使用,以其指导药物治疗,已成为实现"个性化医学"的重要工具之一,并且在临床个体化用药、评估药物不良反应发生风险和指导新药研发方面起着越来越重要的作用。本文通过文献检索,对近几年抗糖尿病药物在基因组学方面的研究进展做一综述,以期对临床个体化用药提供参考。

Abstract:Diabetes mellitus is one of the most important chronic diseases worldwide. Drug play an important role in the treatment of diabetes. Pharmacogenomics has combined personal genetic information with pharmacotherapy. It has become an important tool and showed increasingly importance in individualizing medications, assessing adverse drug reactions and guiding the development of new drugs. Through searching the literatures published in recent years, progress in pharmacogenomics of anti-diabetic drugs was reviewed so as to provide a reference for clinical personalized application of medicine.
