经皮椎体成形术联合放疗治疗椎体骨转移癌的疗效分析

目的:探讨椎体骨转移癌患者采用经皮椎体成形术联合放疗治疗疗效。方法:将医院70例确诊为椎体骨转移癌患者按照治疗方法不同分组为对照组与观察组，各35例。对照组实施放疗治疗；观察组先行经皮椎体成形术治疗，再辅以局部放疗治疗。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价两组患者治疗前后骨痛情况；采用ECOG体力状况评分对两组患者行为状态改善情况加以评价，记录两组不良反应。结果:观察组治疗后VAS评分(2.14±0.42)分，明显低于对照组(3.25±0.75)分，P<0.05。观察组患者行为状态改善率为88.57%，明显高于对照组(60.00%)，P<0.05。观察组不良反应率48.57%略高于对照组(42.86%)，但两者相比，差异无统计学意义，P>0.05。结论:采用经皮椎体成形术联合放疗治疗椎体骨转移癌患者可有助于减轻患者骨癌疼痛，改善其行为状态，且不会增加不良反应，因此值得推广。

Effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with radiotherapy in vertebral with bone metastases

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with radiotherapy in vertebral bone metastases.Methods:70 cases of hospital diagnosed as vertebral bone metastases in accordance with the treatment of different groups were divided into the control group and observation group，each 35 cases. The control group was treated with radiotherapy. The patients were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty and then treated with local radiotherapy. The visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the bone pain before and after treatment. The improvement of behavior status of the two groups was evaluated by ECOG physical status score. Two groups of adverse reactions were recorded.Results:The VAS score (2.14±0.42) was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (3.25±0.75)，P<0.05. The improvement rate of behavioral status was 88.57% in the observation group，which was significantly higher than that in the control group (60.00%)，P<0.05. The adverse reaction rate was 48.57% in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group (42.86%)，but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of vertebral bone metastases can help reduce the pain of patients with bone cancer，improve their behavior，and will not increase the adverse reactions，it is worth promoting.
