| 摘 要： | 本文报告经临床、酶学检查、肌电图及皮肤、肌肉病理检查确定为皮肌炎30例,对其胸部X线表现作了分析。胸片异常可一种或多样,50％有肺间质病变;40％有胸腔积液;33.3％有膈升高;13.3％有肺底纤维化。对所见的几个问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The roentgenographic manifestation of thirty cases with dermatomyositis, diagnosed by clinical and enzymological examinations, electromyography, skin and muscle pathological examinations, were analysed. The abnormality on chest film may be single or multiple with the incidence of interstitial pulmonary diseases 50%, pleural effusion 40%, elevated diaphragm 33. 3% and pulmonary fibrosis predominantly at the lung base 13. 3 %. Some related problems were also discussed in this article. |
