大鼠脊髓损伤后内源性阿片肽含量的测定

应用RIA法测定了脊髓损伤后脊髓β-内啡肽和强啡肽的含量，设50g-cm组、75g-cm组，假手术组和对照组，损伤后于30min,2h,24h和1周四个时相观察，结果：两肽含量均有明显升高，强啡肽A1-13含量尤为明显，损伤越重升高越明显，提示内源性阿片肽尤其强啡肽A可能参与脊髓损伤后的病理改变。

Determination of Endogenous Opoid Peptides in the Spinal Cord after Acute Injury to the Rat

The concentrations of B--endorphin and dynorphin A at different levels of the spinal cord were determined in 30 min, 2h, 24h and 1 week after spinal cord injury respectively by RIA method. The experimental animals were divided into four groups: 50--cm, 75g--cm,surgery without injury to the spinal cord and normal control. The results indicated that the two peptides were found to increase sig- nificantly, especially dynorphin A1--13. And the more severe the injury was, the higher were the con- centrations. It is suggested that endogenous opioid peptides, especially dynorphin A,may participate in the pathophysiological changed after spinal cord injury.
