| 摘 要： | 目的：比较小剂量肝素与低分子右旋糖酐对老年性高粘滞血症的疗效。方法：对将９２例老年性高粘滞血症患者随机分为两组，甲组５２例，每日静滴肝素５０ｍｉｎ；乙组４０例，每日静滴低分子右旋糖酐２５０ｍＬ；疗程均为两周。结果：治疗结束时，甲组显效率、有效率分别为３６．５％～４０．７％；乙组显效率、有效率分别为２７．５％、２５％。结论：两种药物的疗效差异有显著性（Ｐ〈０．０５），小剂量肝素静滴治疗老年性高粘滞血

| Abstract: | objective:To investigate the treatment effect and method of low dose heparin on hyperviscosity syndrome in elderly.Methods:92 Patients with hyperviscosity syndrome were randomly divided to two groups.Group (n=52):Heparin,50mgday -1 ,ivgtt;Group (n=40):Low molecular weight dextron,250mlday -1 ;for two weeks.Results :The total offective rate of 2 groups was respectively 77.2% and 52.5%,there is a difference obviously between this two groups .Conclusion:The chnical efficacy of low dose heparin on hyperviscosity syndrome in elderly is well compared with low molecupar weight dextron. |
