血塞通注射液联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

目的 观察血塞通注射液联合甲钴胺注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效。方法将40例DPN在控制血糖的基础上随机分为两组，治疗组采用血塞通注射液联合甲钴胺注射液治疗，对照组只采用甲钴胺注射液。疗程均为4周，观察两组治疗前后的变化。结果经治疗后两组的自觉症状、体征以及神经传导速度均有改善，但治疗组明显优于对照组，两组间差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论 血塞通注射液联合甲钴胺注射液可明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变，疗效肯定，值得，临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by Xuesaitong injection combined with Mecobalamin injectionWAN

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination of Xuesaitong injection and Mecobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Methods On the basis of strict control of blood sugar, 40 patients with DPN were randomly allocated into two groups, Patients in trial group were treated by Xuesaitong injection combined with Mecobalamin injection, and patients in control group were only treated by Mecobalanmin injection. The therapeutic course in both groups was 4 weeks. The changes in patients before and after treatment in these two groups were under close observation. Results After treatment, symptoms, physical signs and nerve conductivity in patients of these two groups were improved, but they were obviously better in patients of trial group than those in patients of control group. There was significant statistical difference between these two groups. Conclusion The therapeutic combination of Xuesaitong injection and Mecobalamin injection is effective for treatment of diabetic neuropathy. It＇s worthy to be recommended in clinical application.
