| 摘 要： | 目的:用药剂防治龙胆斑枯病.方法:移栽前以不同药剂处理种苗,田间发病后调查不同处理的防治效果;在龙胆斑枯病发病期间,以不同药剂进行喷雾防治.结果:以甲其托布津600倍液和700倍液浸种苗12h后移载,防治效果最佳;田间药效筛选表明,以百菌清500倍、甲基托布津500倍、杀毒矾500倍防治效果最佳,经5次用药,于9月中旬把龙胆病情指数控制在60以下.结论:采用药剂处理种苗,结合田间施药防治可有效的防治龙胆斑枯病,使损失降到最低.

| Abstract: | Object:To control the gentian leaf blight by using germicides.Method:The seedling was soaked by different germicide before transplanting in order to control gentian leaf blight,the controlling effect was tested after the occurrence of the disease in the field.Different germicide had been spraied to control the disease when the disease occurred.Results:Transplanting after the seedling had been soaked about 12 hours by thiophanate methyl(1:600)and (1:700)had the best effect in the field.The disease index of gentian was controlled under 60 at the middle ten days of september after using the germicides five times.Conclusion:Using the germicides to soak the seedling and spraying the germicides in the field could control the gentian leafblight effectively and the loss was decreased to minimum. |
