卵黄管残留疾病176例的诊断及治疗

目的探讨卵黄管残留疾病的诊断及外科治疗。方法回顾性分析我院1970年1月—2003年12月手术治疗的卵黄管残留疾病176例，其中Meckel憩室83例，脐茸73例，脐肠瘘11例，卵黄管囊，肿2例，脐窦6例，脐肠索带1例。结果术后伤口感染6例(3．41％)，均经换药治愈，所有患儿均痊愈出院，随访期间无异常。结论卵黄管残留疾病并非罕见，其诊断依靠病史、体征并借助于超声波、X线、^99mTc等，若能早期诊断、早期手术治疗，可取得极好的疗效。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Residual Diseases of Omphalomesenteric Duct (A Report of 176 Cases)

Objective To investigating the diagnosis and treatment of residual diseases of omphalomesenteric duct. Methods 176 chileren with residual diseases of omphalomesenteric duct were treated by operation at our hospital from jan 1970 to Dec 2003. 83 of them had Meckel's diverticulum.Omphalomesenteric fistula in 11 children, omphalomesenteric blind in a case. Umbilical polyp were 73 children, Umbilical sinus were 6 children, omphalomesenteric cyst were 2 cases. The age was from 4 month to 11 years old.mean was 3.7 years old. All of them were treated by operation. Results 6 cases occurred wound infection(3.41%),these wounds were cured by using dressing change. All sick children were dischange with healing and good recovery in followed up period. Conclusions The residual diseases of omphalomesenteric duct can be diagnosed by history and signs,and by means of ultrasound B,X-ray,99mmTc04-SECT and so on. The treatment of residual diseases of omphalomesenteric duct should surgical be treated early.
