| 摘 要： | 分支上,核苷酸同源性最高,达99.8%,氨基酸同源性为100%,与Indonesia-76、Somalia-84和Sri Lanka-90同属基因Ⅳ亚型.结论 首次从深圳市登革热患者血清中分离到1株登革2型病毒,证实该毒株可能来源于马来西亚.
