复员退伍精神分裂症患者社会支持相关因素分析

目的探讨复员退伍精神分裂症患者社会支持的相关因素。方法选取河北省荣军医院180例复员退伍精神分裂症患者进行自编一般情况调查表、总体幸福感量表、社会支持量表、艾森克人格问卷调查。结果 1社会支持量表总分及各因子分在不同婚姻、病程、住院时间分组间无统计学意义(P0.05);2≤30岁组的客观支持分显著高于41~50岁及51~60岁者(P=0.018,0.008);60岁年龄组对支持的利用度分显著低于其它年龄组(P=0.025,0.008,0.007,0.018);3初中、高中/中专的社会支持量表总分和主观支持分均显著高于小学(P=0.010,P0.001;P=0.029,0.012);高中/中专文化对支持的利用度分显著高于其他组(P0.001,P=0.025,0.047),初中对支持的利用度分显著高于小学(P=0.003);4家族史阴性者的社会支持量表总分及主观支持分显著高于阳性者(t=2.364,2.124;P=0.019,0.035);5社会支持量表总分及主观支持分与幸福感评分均呈正相关(P0.05);6艾森克人格问卷的E维度与社会支持量表总分及客观支持、主观支持均呈正相关(r=0.399,0.183,0.335;P0.001,P=0.014,P0.001);L维度与主观支持分呈显著负相关(r=-0.190,P=0.011)。结论复员退伍精神分裂症患者的社会支持受多种因素的影响,提高患者的社会支持需给予综合措施。

Study on Factors Related to the Social Support of Veterans with Schizophrenia

Objective To explore factors related to the social support of veterans with schizophrenia. Methods 180 veterans with schizophrenia in Hebei Rongjun hospital were selected and assessed with the general situation questionnaire,Social Support Rating Scale（ SSRS）,General Well- Being Scale（ GWB）,Eysenck Personality Questionaire（ EPQ）. Results 1 The scores of SSRS and its each factor were no significant in marital status,course of schizophrenia and length of hospital stay（ P 0. 05）. 2 Objective support in 30 years old or under was significantly higher than that in 41 to 50 and 51 to 60（ P = 0. 018,0. 008）; Social support utilization in over 60 years old was significantly lower than that in other ages（ P = 0. 025,0. 008,0. 007,0. 008）. 3 SSRS and subjective support at junior middle school and high school / secondary was significantly higher than primary school respectively（ P = 0. 010,0. 000; P = 0. 029,0. 012）. Social support utilization at high school / secondary was significantly higher than that at others（ P = 0. 000,0. 025,0. 047）,so was at junior middle school than primary school（ P = 0. 003）. 4 SSRS and subjective support were significantly higher in patients with negative family history than that in patients with positive family history（ t = 2. 364,2. 124; P = 0. 019,0. 035）. 5 Positive correlation between SSRS and GWB was observed,so was between subjective support and GWB（ P 0. 05）. 6 There was positive correlation between E latitude of EPQ and SSRS,so was between it and objective support,subjective support respectively（ r = 0. 399,0. 183,0. 335; P 0. 001,P = 0. 014,P 0. 001）. Negative correlation between L latitude of EPQ and subjective support was significant（ r =-0. 190,P 0. 05） Conclusion There is relationship between the social support of the veterans with schizophrenia and many factors. The integrated rehabilitation measure should be offered to improve the social support of patients.
