血管老化机制与硫化氢的保护作用

摘    要: 随着全球老龄化的到来,衰老及其相关疾病带来的健康问题日益严峻。血管老化包括血管结构和功能的改变,也是心血管疾病发生发展的重要因素,是机体衰老的一部分。目前科学家对血管老化机制的研究甚少,本文将从血管老化的分子机制和硫化氢的保护作用两个方面入手,综述了血管老化方面的最新进展。

Abstract:With the arrival of global aging,the health problems from aging and age-related diseases are becoming more and more severe.Vascular aging includes changes in vascular structure and function,which plays an important role in the process of cardiovascular disease,and also is a vital part of the aging. However,the mechanism of vascular aging is poorly understood.This article contended the latest research progress in molecular mechanisms of vascular aging and protection of hydrogen sulfide.
