摘    要:
[目的]对比研究甘草地上部分总黄酮不同提取方法及其抗氧化性。[方法]以甘草地上部分总黄酮提取率为评价指标,对比不同提取方法及不同提取溶剂对甘草地上部分总黄酮提取率的影响;并通过体外抗氧化活性评价了甘草地上部分总黄酮的1,1-二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)清除能力及还原力。[结果]通过对比筛选出提取效果较好的提取方法为实验室超声或回流提取,提取溶剂为乙醇,且总黄酮提取物具有良好的DPPH清除能力及还原力,且存在剂量依赖关系。[结论]研究表明可以进一步研究甘草地上部分总黄酮提取物的抗氧化价值,为药食两用甘草植物资源的全面开发利用奠定理论基础,可逐渐将甘草的抗氧化性能广泛应用于其他相关领域。

Abstract:
[Objective] To compare different extraction methods to extract total flavonoids from the aerial parts of Glycyrrhiza uralensis and the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids. [Methods] The extraction rate of total flavonoids in the aerial parts of Glycyrrhiza uralensis is chosen as a an evaluation indicator. The influence of different extraction solvents and different extraction methods to the extraction rate is examined. Moreover,the in vitro antioxidant activity is assessed by the scavenging capacity of DPPH and the reducing power of the aerial parts of Glycyrrhiza uralensis. [Results] By comparison,the best extraction methods and extraction solvent are determined to be the ultrasonic extraction or reflux extraction,and methanol,respectively. Meanwhile,the total flavonoids obtained performs well in both the scavenging capacity of DPPH and the reducing power,demonstrating certain dose-effect relationship. [Conclusion] Our research indicates that the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids in the aerial parts of Glycyrrhiza uralensis is worthy of the further investigation,and lays a foundation for the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of Glycyrrhiza uralensis in medicine and food industry. The antioxidant activity of Glycyrrhiza uralensis can be gradually and widely applied in many other relevant areas.
