咀嚼口香糖对喉罩全麻下宫腔镜手术患者术后咽喉痛的影响

 目的   观察咀嚼口香糖对喉罩全麻患者宫腔镜手术后咽喉痛的影响。方法   将90例喉罩全麻下宫腔镜手术患者随机分成实验组(G组)和对照组(C组),每组各45例。手术结束后,对所有患者进行Ramsay镇静评分,当患者清醒、Ramsay评分2~3分时,记录此时(T0)咽喉痛视觉模拟评估法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分,然后予实验组患者咀嚼口香糖10 min,对照组不予咀嚼口香糖。随访记录术后2 h (T2)、6 h (T6)、24 h (T24)吞咽和不吞咽时的咽喉痛VAS评分。结果    术后24 h内咽喉痛VAS评分>3的总体发生率:实验组(15.56%,7/45)显著低于对照组(35.56%,16/45)(P=0.026)。除T0时点外,术后其余各时点无论吞咽与否,实验组咽喉痛评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);术后24 h患者的麻醉满意度评分实验组(8.87±1.08)明显高于对照组(7.16±1.15)(P<0.001)。结论    妇科短小手术术后咀嚼口香糖能够减轻喉罩全麻引起的咽喉痛。

Effects of chewing gum after hysteroscopic surgery on throat pain related to laryngeal mask insertion in general anesthesia

Objective    To investigate the effects of chewing gum after hysteroscopic surgery on sore throat related to laryngeal mask insertion.Methods    Ninety patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery were randomly divided into experimental group (group G) and control group (group C) with 45 patients in each group.All patients were under general anesthesia with laryngeal mask insertion.After sugery,Ramsay scores were evaluated to determine patients’ awareness recovering from general anesthesia.When the patients came to sense with Ramsay scores of 2-3 (T0),we recorded  a visual analogue scale (VAS) score for sore throat with or without swallowing,and then patients in group G chewed gum for 10 minutes while patients in group C did not.VAS scores for sore throat with or without swallowing were recorded at 2 ( T2)、6 (T6) and 24 hours (T24) after sugery.Results    The overall incidence of VAS score for sore throat >3 within 24 h after surgery was significantly lower in group G (15.56%,7/45) than in group C (35.56%,16/45) (P=0.026).With the exception of T0 point,VAS scores for sore throat of group G were significantly lower than that of group C whether swallowed or not at the remaining points after the operation (P<0.05).Patients’ satisfaction score was significantly higher in group G (8.87±1.08) than in group C (7.16±1.15) (P<0.001).Conclusions    Chewing gum after short-time gynecological operation can alleviate the sore throat caused by laryngeal mask in general anesthesia.
