| 摘 要： | 肌少症是以骨骼肌质量减少及其功能减退为主要特点的复杂综合征。目前国际上关于肌少症的诊断标准各异，根据不同诊断标准统计肌少症的患病率存在较大差异。肌少症是与增龄密切相关的多种因素综合作用的结果。目前对肌少症的研究还处于初期探索阶段，其发病原因仍不十分清楚，本文就目前肌少症的现况调查及发病机制作一综述。

| Abstract: | Sarcopenia is a complex syndrome that is characterized by the loss of muscle mass and function. Without a consensus diagnostic criteria, the global prevalences of sarcopenia varies widely according to different diagnostic criteria. Sarcopenia which is closely related to aging results from multiple factors. The present studies of sarcopenia are at early stage, and the mechanism is still not very clear. In this review, we will review the current suitation and mechanism of sarcopenia. |
