| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经皮测胆红素对新生儿黄疸的诊断价值。方法：采用MBJ20型经皮测黄疸仪检测我院612例新生儿黄疸情况。结果：经皮测胆红素值（TCB）与血清胆红素（SB）之间有良好的相关关系。结论：经皮测胆红素方法简便易行,经皮检测在新生儿黄疸中作为筛查及动态观察是一可靠的方法。有利于早期发现高胆红素血症以便进行早期干预。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the diagnostic value of transcutaneous bilirubinometry on neonatal jaundice.Methods:612 jaundice patients were selected.Bilirubin was measured by transcutaneous bilirubinometry of type MBJ20 and venous blood respectively.To record content and analyze their corelation.Results:There was a positive correlation between TCB and SB.Conclusion:Transcutaneous bilirubinometry is simply and facility,it is a reliable method for screen detection and dynamic observation on neonatal jaundice,which is good for discovery of hyperbilirubinemia and adoption of early intervention. |
