| 摘 要： | 目的 比较腺性膀胱炎的两种治疗方案。方法 43例腺性膀胱炎患者行经尿道汽化电切加膀胱灌注丝裂霉素，另38例腺性膀胱炎患者单纯行丝裂霉素膀胱灌注。结果 经尿道汽化电切加丝裂霉素膀胱灌注比单纯行丝裂霉素膀胱灌注治愈率明显提高。结论 经尿道汽化电切加丝裂霉素膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎优于单纯行丝裂霉素膀胱灌注。

| Abstract: | To compare the effect of electrovaporization with bladder instillation and only bladder instillation of Mitomycin. 43 cases of cystitis glandularies were treated with electrovaporization and bladder instillation. 38 cases of cystitis glandularies were treated with only bladder instillation of Mitomycin. The electrovaporization with bladder instillation of Mitomycin had higher care rate on cystitis glandularies than the only bladder instillation. [Conclusions] The electrovaporization with bladder instillation of Mitomycin is more effective than the only bladder instillation of Mitomycin in treating cystitis glandularies. |
