米索前列醇在人工流产术前的应用价值

目的探讨米索前列醇在人工流产术前用于软化宫颈的临床效果及安全性。方法将100例妊娠70～84天，要求行人工流产术的妇女随机分成两组，观察组50例用米索前列醇0．2mg于人工流产术前4～6h置于阴道后穹隆；对照组50例于手术前10-12h将16～18号橡皮导尿管置于官腔。观察两组病例手术时宫颈软化程度、出血量、手术时间、人工流产综合症发生率。结果两组病例手术时宫颈软化程度、出血量、手术时间、人工流产综合症发生率的比较，差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论人工流产术前阴道后穹隆放置米索前列醇，软化宫颈、扩张宫颈简便、安全、有效，能有效减轻妇女人工流产时的痛苦，预防人工流产并发症的发生。

Clinical value of misoprostol in induced abortion

Objective To observe the clinical efficiency and safty of misoprostol application of dilating cervix in induced abortion. Methods 100 cases of pregnancies during 70-84 days were randomized into two groups： the trial group （n= 50） , misoprostol was placed at posterior fornix of vagina before operation 4-6h. The control group （n= 50） , 16- 18Fr Foley＇s catheter was placed in uterine cavity before operation 10-12h. The degree of bating cervix, operation time and amount of blood loss and rate of syndrome of abortion were observed between two groups. Results The difference of degree of bating cervix, operation time and amount of blood loss and rate of syndrome of abortion in the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Preoperative misoprostol placement to dilate cervix may be a dafe,simple and effcetive method,may be to alleviate sufferings, prevent complications.
