头穴丛刺对多梗死性痴呆患者血浆CGRP及智能影响的临床研究

摘    要:目的观察头穴丛刺对多梗死性痴呆(MID)患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量及智能变化的影响。方法选取60例MID患者随机分为丛刺组和西药组,分别采用头穴丛刺针法和哈伯因片治疗。治疗前后测定血浆CGRP含量及HDS、ADL、MMSE评分。结果经8周治疗后,2组CGRP含量均升高,以丛剌组变化更明显,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001);丛刺组与西药组HDS、ADL和MMSE评分均有所提高,但丛刺组提高明显,与西药组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论头穴丛刺针法可增加MID患者血浆CGRP含量,提高HDS、ADL和MMSE评分,改善智能。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of cluster needling on scalp point about the changes of intelligences and plasma CGRP of multi-infarct dementia (MID) patients. Methods 60 cases of MID patients were divided into cluster needling and medicine groups, which were treated by hupperzine. HDS, ADL, MMSE score and CGRP content were assayed before and after treatment. Results After 8 weeks treatment, CGRP content of two groups were increased, and that of cluster needling group was increased significantly compared with control group (P〈0.05), score of each group was all raised, and cluster needling group has been greatly improved (P〈0.05). Conclusion Cluster needling on scalp point can rise HDS, ADL, MMSE score and CGRP content of MID, increase intelligences.
