Study on Danggui Buxue Dripping Pills Extraction Technique

Objective：To optimize the extraction technique of Danggui Buxue dripping pills.Methods：To confirm extraction technique by trial of orthogonal design,the formulation technique by trial of stroma and extractum density.Results：To make sure the distill technique is 8 times H2O,6 times alcohol,extract 1 hour apart,the formulation technique is stroma：raw material（2：1）,the temperature of cooling agent is 10~15℃,the extractum density is over 1.25（70℃）,the temperature of raw material is 80~90℃,the rate of dripping is 20~30 dripping/min.Conclusion：The parameter of this technique is easy to work and accord with manufacture of dripping pills.
