摘 要: | 目的:优化当归补血滴丸的制备工艺.方法:采用正交试验法确定了药材的提取工艺,通过对基质、浸膏密度等试验,确定了制剂的成型工艺.结果:确定了药材的提取工艺为8倍量水,6倍量60%乙醇,各提取1小时,制剂的成型工艺为基质为原料(总固体)2倍以上、冷却剂的温度10~15℃、浸膏的密度为1.25以上(70℃)、原料温度80~9...

Abstract: | Objective:To optimize the extraction technique of Danggui Buxue dripping pills.Methods:To confirm extraction technique by trial of orthogonal design,the formulation technique by trial of stroma and extractum density.Results:To make sure the distill technique is 8 times H2O,6 times alcohol,extract 1 hour apart,the formulation technique is stroma:raw material(2:1),the temperature of cooling agent is 10~15℃,the extractum density is over 1.25(70℃),the temperature of raw material is 80~90℃,the rate of dripping is 20~30 dripping/min.Conclusion:The parameter of this technique is easy to work and accord with manufacture of dripping pills. |
