灯盏花素注射液治疗脑梗死临床疗效观察

目的探讨灯盏花素注射液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择120例脑梗死患者,随机分为两组,在西医常规治疗基础上,治疗组采用灯盏花素注射液治疗,对照组采用丹参注射液治疗,比较两组治疗临床疗效。结果治疗组60例,基本痊愈22例,显著进步18例,进步10例,无变化5例,恶化5例;对照组60例,基本痊愈18例,显著进步9例,进步11例,无变化17例,恶化5例。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.9931,P=0.0150）。结论在西医常规治疗基础上,应用灯盏花素注射液治疗脑梗死,其效果优于应用丹参注射液治疗。

Breviscapine observation of treatment of cerebral infarction

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of cerebral infarction treated with breviscapine.METHODS 120 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups based on the conventional treatment of western medicine,the treatment group were breviscapine treatment,the control group treated with Danshen injection were compared the clinical efficacy of treatment.RESULTS Treatment group 60 cases,the basic recovery in 22 cases,18 cases of significant progress,progress in 10 cases,unchanged in 5 cases,5 cases of deterioration;the control group 60 cases,the basic recovery in 18 cases,9 cases of significant progress,progress in 11 cases,no change 17 Cases,deterioration in 5 cases.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.9931,P=0.0150).CONCLUSION Based on the conventional treatment of western medicine,the application breviscapine treatment of cerebral infarction,and its application of Danshen injection is better than cure.
