| Abstract: | Objective：To analyze the uncertainty of the evaluation of determination of Bupivacaine Hydrochloride Injection by HPLC and find out influence factors.Methods：The content of Bupivacaine Hydrochloride Injection was determined by HPLC and its uncertainty was evaluated according to relevance standards.Results：The expanded standard uncertainties for the HPLC determination of Bupivacaine Hydrochloride Injection is 1.4%×Q.Conclusion：Measurement uncertainty is applicable to set the limit of the Bupivacaine Hydrochloride in Injections.The establishment of the methodology for the evaluation of measurement uncertainty is important to the studies of medical standards. |
