他克莫司软膏治疗光敏性皮肤病临床观察

目的探讨0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗成人光敏性皮肤病的疗效和安全性。方法入选的30例光敏性皮肤病患者均口服昆明山海棠片,皮损一侧外涂他克莫司软膏(试验侧),另一侧外涂复方氧化锌软膏治疗(对照侧),分别于治疗前和治疗后第1,2和4周时各随访1次,评价两组的疗效和安全性。结果治疗结束时,试验侧有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照侧(86.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),且试验侧皮肤的水分和油脂改善程度及患者的满意度明显优于对照侧,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),但弹性无明显改变,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验侧不良反应(瘙痒、灼痛等)有9例,对照侧不良反应(红斑、瘙痒等)有1例。结论 0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗成人光敏性皮肤病具有良好的疗效和安全性。

Clinical Trial of Tacrolimus Ointment for Treatment of Photoallergic Dermatitis in Adults

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of using 0.1% tarcrolimus ointment in adults with photoallergic dermatitis.Methods Thirty patients with photoallergic dermatitis were treated with the tripterygium hypoglaucum hutch tablet, the treatment side were given tacrolimus ointment topically,the control side were given the zinc oxide paste topically. Follow-up visits were scheduled on day 1,2,4 weeks post-treatment.The therapeutic effect and safety were evaluated. Results The efficacy rate of treatment side was 93.33%, while that of control side was 86.67%(P<0.001).It showed the moisture content and the lipid of cutaneous increase after treatment,but the treatment side was better than the control side(P<0.05).the elasticity of skin had not obviously alteration(P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions(pruritus, burning pain,etc) of treatment side was 9 patients,while that(erythema,pruritus,ect) of control side was 1 patients.Conclusion 0.1%tarcrolimus ointment is safe and effective in adults with photoallergic dermatitis.
