| 摘 要： | 目的：分析肝内胆管细胞型肝癌的CT表现，加深对肝内胆管细胞癌的认识。方法：回顾分析18例胆管细胞型肝癌CT平扫和增强表现。结果：CT平扫培例均为低密度灶，病灶周围或病灶内均可见胆管扩张。增强扫描：动脉期无强化7例，轻度强化13例。延迟扫描18例均有不同程度延迟强化。结论：CT是胆管细胞型肝癌的重要检查方法。病灶周围或病灶内胆管扩张和病灶延迟强化是胆管细胞型肝癌的重要征象。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse CT appearances of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,and to improve the knowledge of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.Methods:Pre-and post-contrast images of patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma were analyzed in 18 case.Results:The main CT features include:pre-contrast CT scanning was low density lesions in all patients; cholangiectasis around and was within the lesion in 18 cases;in arterial phase no enhancement 7 cases,mild enhance ment 11 cases; in delayed scan there was progressive enhancement in All cases.Conclusion:CT scanning was a important,investigative method for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,progressive enhancement and cholangiectasis is important signs in diagnosing intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. |
