| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高压氧联合多奈哌齐治疗卒中失语的临床疗效。方法将卒中失语患者80例随机分为2组,对照组给予卒中失语常规治疗加用高压氧治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用多奈哌齐治疗,观察2组临床效果。结果治疗组自发言语、听理解、复述、命名评分均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05),AQ临床改善率显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。2组不良反应发生情况无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论高压氧联合多奈哌齐对卒中失语患者的语言功能的恢复有效,安全性好。
