临时心脏起搏器在缓慢性心律失常患者围手术期的应用

目的探讨临时心脏起搏器在缓慢性心律失常患者围手术期的保护性临床应用。方法33例合并缓慢心律失常的手术患者，在行手术前30min至24h内安置临时心脏起搏器，术中、术后进行心电监护并观察有无并发症。结果全部患者均顺利完成麻醉及手术，24例患者在起搏条件下进行，围手术期无恶性心律失常等并发症发生。结论缓慢心律失常患者围手术期应用临时心脏起搏器安全，有效，可减少手术风险。

The application of temporary cardiac pacemaker during perioperative period of bradyarrhythmia patient

Objective To evaluate the protective clinical application of temporary cardiac pacemaker during perioperative period of hradyarrhythmia patient. Methods Thirty-three patients who combined with bradyarrhythmia were palcemented with temporary cardiac pacemaker during half an hour before surgery and within twenty four hours after surgery. The arrhythmia was monitored and observed during intraoperative and postoperative by ECG monitor. Result All patients were ancsthesiaed and operated successfully, twenty-four patients were under the pacing eonditon, there were no malignant arrhythmia complications. Conclusion The application of temporary cardiac pacemaker during perioperative period of hradyarrhythmia patient may reduce the surgery risk safely and effectively.
