芫荽腋芽再生植株和快速繁殖的研究

摘    要:研究了影响腋芽再生植株与快速繁殖的不同激素组合。结果表明合适配比的激数组合对愈伤组织诱导、芽的分化和快繁均有增效作用,有效诱导其愈伤组织、芽分化、生根和快繁的培养基依次为:0.7mg/L(下略)6-BA+0.1KT+1.5NAA+MS;0.15NAA+6-BA、KT与ZT各0.5+MSB(由MS的无机成分与B5的有机成分组成);0.2NAA+1/2MS和0.66-BA+0.2NAA+MS。建立了芫荽无性系快繁系统。

Abstract:A number of plant growth regulating compositions affecting plantlet regeneration and rapid reproduction of Coriandrum sativum L. were studied. Experimental results showed that proper compositions with suitable proportions of auxins to cytorins could effectively stimulate callus development, shoot differentiation and rapid reproduction. The effective media for inducing callus, differentiating shoot, taking root and rapidly reproducing shoot were respectively: 0. 7 mg/L 6-BA 0. 1 mg/L KT 1. 5 mg/L NAA MS; 0. 15 mg/L NAA 0. 5 mg/L each of 6-BA, KT and ZT MS; 0. 2 mg/L NAA 1/2 MS and 0. 6 mg/L 6-BA 0. 2 NAA MS. Its asexual reproduction system was established.
