| 摘 要： | 目的 了解恶性肿瘤患者的心理健康状况。方法 对 3 0例恶性肿瘤患者 ,应用症状自评量表 ( SCL-90 ) ,根据各自的实际情况作出独立的测试 ,并与全国常模进行比较。结果 恶性肿瘤患者强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖等因子分值显著高于国内常模。结论 恶性肿瘤患者不仅躯体有疾患 ,而且还存在不同程度的心理情绪问题。因此 ,有针对性地进行心理调适 ,将有助于治疗和康复

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the mental health status of the patients with Carcinoma.Methods According to their experience,30 patients with Carcinoma filled the symptom check list 90(SCL 90)in dependently.And the data were compared with the national norm.Results Compared to the national norm,the obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility and phobic anxiety were higher significantly.Conclusion The patients with Carcinoma suffered from not only the somatic disease but also some psychological disorder.So the aimly phychological adjust will be helpful to the cure and recover. |
