肠内营养和肠外营养用于食管癌术后早期患者的效果观察

目的 比较肠内营养和肠外营养用于食管癌术后早期患者的效果.方法 78例食管癌术后早期患者,按入院日期单双号分为肠内营养组和肠外营养组,通过检测两组营养指标、免疫指标的变化,以及消化道症状的表现、并发症、住院费用等,对两种营养方式进行比较.结果 早期肠内营养组营养指标优于肠外营养组;胃肠功能恢复时间、住院费用显著减少.结论 食管癌术后营养支持可用肠内营养.

Observation on effect of enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition on patients after esophagectomy in early stage

Objective To compare the effect of enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition on patients after esophagectomy in early stage. Method 78 patients after esophagectomy in early stage are divided into observation group and control group according to single or double admission date. Compare the nutrition style of the two groups by testing the change of their nutrition index and immune index, digestive tract symptom, complication and hospitalization expenses. Result Nutrition index is better in enteral nutrition group than in parenteral nutrition group. Recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization expenses are obviously reduced in enteral nutrition group. Conclusion Enteral nutrition can be applied in post--esophagectomy nutrition support.
