口腔癌患者血清VEGF、TNFα的测定及临床意义

目的研究血清血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNFα）与口腔癌肿瘤生物学行为之间的关系。方法43例口腔癌患者分别用ELISA法、放免法测定外周血清VEGF、TNFα含量,并结合患者临床特征进行分析。13例健康查体者的测定结果作对照组。结果口腔癌患者组中血清VEGF,TNFα均显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）。在不同分化程度的肿瘤组织之间无显著性差异。结论血清VEGF、TNFα高于正常人,提示其在肿瘤的发生过程中起着重要作用,但两者表达与肿瘤分化程度之间无明显关联。

Therelationship between serum vascular endothelial growth factor and tumor necrosis factor alpha in patients with oral carcinoma

Objective To explore the relationship between serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNFα） in oral carcinoma and normal controls. Methods The serum level of VEGF and TNFαwere examined by ELISA and RIA method in 43 patient swith oral carcinoma. Thirteen normal people were controls. Results In oral carcinoma group,serum VEGF and TNFα was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.01）. And there were no statistic significance among tumor differentiations. Conclusions Serum VEGF and TNFαmay be involved in the pathogenesis of oral Carcinoma. Expression of VEGF and TNFαhad no related to the tumor differentiations.
