山菊稳压胶囊治疗高血压病(肝阳上亢证)65例

目的观察和分析山菊稳压胶囊治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机、单盲、阳性药平行对照方法,将符合纳入标准的受试者分为观察组和对照组。其中观察组口服山菊稳压胶囊,对照组口服尼群地平片及山菊稳压胶囊模拟剂,8周后分析两组的用药安全性、降压及中医证候疗效。结果观察组降压显效率为56.25%,总有效率为93.75%;对照组分别为50.00%、90.32%;观察组中医证候显效率20.31%,总有效率95.31%;对照组为分别17.74%、91.94%。两组降压及中医证候疗效比较,差别均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论用山菊稳压胶囊治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证患者具有较好的疗效和安全性。
