| 摘 要： | 抑郁症为常见的精神疾病,但其病因及发病机制尚不清楚。随着磁共振序列及计算机技术的不断发展,对抑郁症的诊断、治疗及病理机制研究均取得了一些进展,本文就磁共振结构及功能成像在抑郁症中的应用进展作一综述,以期揭示抑郁症潜在病理学基础及其发病机制。

| Abstract: | Major depressive disorder (MDD) is a common mental disease, but its etiology and pathogenesis is not clear. Along with the continuous development of MRI sequences and computer technology, some progresses have been made in the diagnosis, treatment and pathogenesis of MDD. In this paper, we summarized the application and progress of magnetic resonance structural and functional imaging in MDD, in order to reveal potential pathological basis and pathogenesis. |
