长沙市合同护士现状调查与分析

摘    要:目的 了解合同护士的心理需求与现状,探讨合同护士的管理办法。方法 对长沙市10所省、市级医院的316名合同制护士进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括心理需求、工作态度、学习态度等。结果 长沙市10所医院的合同制护士的心理需求主要是待遇低、地位低、精神压力大,三甲医院合同护士想跳槽的比例大于二甲医院合同护士。结论 要规范化管理合同护士,提高待遇,给她们一个公平公正的地位,稳定其思想,这也是提高医院护理质量的关键。

Abstract:Objective To understand the mental needing and condition of agreement nurses,to probe managing methods of them. Methods Questionnaire was done in 316 nurses of 10 numbers of city and province hospitals. The contents included mental needing, working attitude and study attitude.Results Their main mental needing were salary lower, status lower and strong stress. Nurses in grade three hospital want to change their work, the ratio was higher than that of grade two. Conclusions Normalizing the management of agreement nurses, raising their salary, referring fair status, stabilizingthinking, are the key of raising nursing quality.
