| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑瘫治疗方法的可行性及不同类型的手术效果。方法 88例脑瘫行颈总动脉周围交感神经网剥脱切除术。根据临床观察及功能改善情况分为显效、有效及无效。结果 88例中总有效率93.2％,主要表现在患者肢体痉挛减轻、功能改善、流涎减轻或消失、语言功能改善等。结论 该手术治疗脑瘫行之有效,对临床有实用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the acceptability of treating method and the operating efficacy of different types for cerebral palsy. Methods Eighty-eight cases of cerebral palsy were treated with sympathetic plexus stripping of pericommon carotid artery. They were separated to obvious efficacy. mediefficacy and no efficacy according to postoperative manifestation. Results The effective rate was 93. 2 percent. Effective manifestation were decreased limbs spasm, disappearance or much less saliva, improvement of speech. Conclusion The technique is effective for cerebral palsy. There is a practical value for clinic. |
