| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨重症急性胰腺炎坏死组织清除术适应症和方式。方法 回顾性分析我院1986年至1998年间收治的重症急性胰腺炎坏死组织清除术的37例患者,A组早期手术22例,B组感染性坏死手术15例。结果 感染性坏死手术组的并发症率和死亡率显著低于甲期手术组。结论 手术适应症和时机的选择是重症急性胰腺炎治疗的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the indication and techniques of necrosectomy in the management of acute severe pancreatitis. Methods 37 patients with acute severe pancreatitis in our hospital from 1986-1998 were reviewed. 22 patients with early surgical intervention were divided into group A, and 15 patients underwent operation with infected pancreatic necrosis were group B. Results The morbidity and mortility of necrosectomy in group B was lower than group A. Conclusion The indication and timing for necrosectomy play an important role in the management of acme severe pancreatitis. |
