| 摘 要： | 采用脾胃虚寒型肠易激综合征大鼠模型 ,观察健脾温中法 (肠祺方 )对脾胃虚寒型肠易激综合征模型大鼠VIP(血管活性肠肽 )的实验作用。结果 :模型组大鼠血浆及肠组织中VIP较正常明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,用大剂量肠祺方可降低已经升高的VIP含量 ;而得舒特对血浆及组织中的VIP影响不明显。健脾温中法对血浆及肠组织中的VIP有明显的调节作用 ,提示中药可能通过调整紊乱的胃肠激素分泌、释放来达到治疗目的 ,其机理与对照组得舒特不同

| Abstract: | The influence of spleen-nourishing and middle-warming therapy (Changqi Decoction) on vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) in rats that were modeled to be of irritable bowel syndrome of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold was observed. Results: In the model group, the VIP in plasma and intestinal tissue rose obviously than normal (P<0.05); large dose of the Decoction could reduce the elevated VIP; while deshute exerted little effects on the VIP. It is concluded that spleen-nourishing and middle-warming therapy can regulate the amount of VIP in both plasma and intestinal tissue, indicating that Chinese drugs may regulate the secretion and excretion of gastrointestinal hormone, with a different mechanism of deshute. |
