E-4031和利多卡因伍用对大鼠血流动力学作用

摘    要:
 本文研究了E-4031和利多卡因伍用对大鼠血流动力学的影响。结果表明,大鼠血压从给药前的12.87±0.91kPa降至11.60±0.81kPa(P<0.01);左室压从给药前的11.59±0.80kPa降至9.49±0.77kPa(P<0.01);dp/dtmax从给药前的2531±176.0mV/s降至2014±170mV/s;-dp/dtmax从给药前2346±175mV/s降至1978±159.0mV/s。而同剂量的E-4031和利多卡因则无上述抑制作用。提示两药伍用时心率失常患者应注意心功能状态,用量不当可能使患者血压下降,心肌收缩无力,造成心肌缺血或诱发心衰。

Abstract:
he study of the effects of E-4031 and lidocaine on the hemodynamics in rats showedthat E-4031 and lidocaine together in administration could decrease the blood pressure(Bp)sig-nificantly in rats:blood pressure of the control from 12.83±0.90 to 11.57±0.81kPa(P< 0.01 and low left ventricular pressure (LVP)from 11.56±0.76 to 9.47±0.77kPa(P<0.01),andcould inhibit +dp/dtmax from 2531.3±175. 8 to 2014.0±169.7m V/s(P<0.01) and -dp/dtmaxfrom 2346.0±175.3 to 1978.0±159.4 mV/s(P<0.05).Bp,LVP and ±dp/dtmax were decreasedafter combined use of E-4031 and lidocaine.In same dose,however, both E-4031 and lidocaine didnot affect above parameters.These indicated that the state of cardiac function should be consid-ered carefully when E-4031 and lidocaine were administrated jointly to the patient with arrhyth-mia and heart failure may be induced if the dose of both drugs is large.
