| 摘 要： | 在机体免疫系统的正常调控防御机制中,白细胞介素-2(IL-2)发挥着重要作用.通过了解肝癌患者血清中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及其受体(IL-2R)水平的变化,有助于早期发现并治疗,以及了解病情进展和判断预后.近年来,随着分子生物学、生物化学及免疫学的发展,IL-2在肝癌治疗中的作用越来越引起重视.

| Abstract: | Interleukin-2(IL-2) has an important function in the normal functional regulation and recovery mechanism of organism immune system.Through investigating the serum levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and its receptor (IL-2R) in the patients with hepatic carcinoma,it is helpful in the early diagnosis and treatment,as well as in knowing condition of progres- sion and prognosis evaluation.Furthermore,IL-2 has been more and more attached to hepatocarcinoma treatment with the development of molecular-biology,biochemistry and immunology recently. |
