新生儿卡介苗接种质量及免疫效果分析

目的了解汕头市龙湖区新生儿卡介苗接种质量、评价接种效果。方法对2007年5月～2010年9月在汕头市龙湖区接种卡介苗的新生儿并在我院做卡介苗接种效果监测的新生儿卡介菌纯蛋白衍生物试验(PPD试验)结果进行统计分析。结果 2007～2010年新生儿接种率98.49%,接种后12周末PPD阳转率87.39%,卡痕率为89.95%,其中卡疤直径≥3 mm者1 554例,占47.35%,<3 mm者1 728例,占52.65%,卡疤平均直径为2.45 mm,结素反应平均直径6.59 mm,无卡疤者330例。有卡疤组PPD试验阳性率92.95%,无卡疤组PPD试验阳性率37.58%,两组PPD试验阳性率差异有统计学意义(2=825.78,p<0.005)。结论龙湖区卡介苗接种效果较好。但仍存在着不足之处,应加强学习,改进接种技术,保证接种质量。

THE ANALYSIS OF IMMUNIZATION EFFECT AND INOCULATION QUALITY IN NEONATES RECEIVING BCG

Objective To know about the inoculation quality and to evaluate the immunity effect of the new babies inoculated with BCG in Longhu District,Shantou City.Methods These new babies received BCG in Longhu District,Shantou City and took the PPD test in Xiapeng hospital from May of 2007 to December of 2009.Data of the result collected from the new babies who received the PPD test for evaluating the immunity effect were analyzed.Results From 2007 to 2010,the neonatal BCG vaccination rate is 98.49%.Twelve weeks conversion rate is 87.39%,BCG mark rate is 89.95 %.Of those cases,1 554 have BCG mark diameter ≥3 mm（47.35 %） while 1 728 mark 3 mm（52.65 %）.The average diameter of BCG mark is 2.45 mm,the average diameter of tuberculin test is 6.59 mm and 330 without BCG mark.The positive rate of PPD test with BCG mark is 92.95 % and of those without BCG mark is 37.58%.The difference of positive rate between two PPD tests have statistical significance（2=825.78,p0.005）.Conclusion The inoculation of BCG for neonates in Longhu District is available,but it leaves something to be desired.In order to ensure the inoculation quality it needs to strengthen study and improve the inoculation technique.
